I haven't done this since I started taking Zumba classes, but I used to turn off all the lights in my apartment, turn on some music and dance my heart out. It used to be a lot of fun and relieved stress.

When I was in middle or elementary school I won a stuffed dog in one of those claw machines. He's been on my bed ever since then. And that's been though college, and moving to and from the Southwest from FL. 

I have 5 daily alarms on my phone during weekdays. They help keep me focused.
